Prairie Sage Breakfast Sausage has the great flavor of traditional breakfast sausage with a touch of sage. Designed to mix with ground pork, or a combination of pork and beef or wild game. Each kit seasons 24 lbs of meat, one lb at a time if you choose.
Ingredients:
Salt, red pepper, sage, black pepper, spice extractives, and citric acid (0.01%) added to protect flavor.
Bulk size seasons up to 240 lbs. of meat. Please note that cure is not included and must be purchased separately -
