Refunds & Returns

Return/Exchange Summary
  • All unopened merchandise can be returned or exchanged in their original condition within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.  This means that any tags are still attached and any packaging is unopened. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Items in the sale category are final sale
  • Refunds can only be issued in the original payment method to the exact card (if applicable)
  • Gift cards may be issued for refunds if these criteria are not met at the discretion of the shop owner.


Online Returns

  • For returns of online purchases, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping. A return will be issued once the item(s) are received. Contact us prior to sending the item(s) to ensure they are eligible for a refund.
  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us and send us pictures and we will file a claim. Returns for these types of claims may take longer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (an exception to this may be made by the carrier if the items are damaged upon arrival)
  • We will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.



  • For rods and reel warranty, you must contact the company for a repair or replacement (with the exception of Streamside, CG Emery and Backwoods) If you need proof of purchase, we will do our best to help you with that.



  • We do not price match with dealers or competitors.


Prohibited Items / Dangerous Goods

We may not be able to ship some prohibited/hazardous items to certain regions or countries. We will do our best to ship these items, but it may take us a little longer to send out to ensure we are following proper procedure. Some items may not be able to be shipped, in which case, we will refund the full cost of the item as well as the associated shipping (prior to sending out the rest of the order) We will contact you with the contact information you provided to ensure that you are aware of any difficulties we may be having. 



At the end of the day, we are reasonable people and we want you to feel good about shopping on our website. That's why we are happy to field your reasonable requests and concerns, even if your purchase no longer meets the above conditions.
